Kitchen

Mr and Mrs Harvey

Mr and Mrs Harvey had recently moved into the area and disliked the kitchen left by the previous owners due to both the poor layout and style.

From the initial home survey, design ideas were flowing from both the Pybus Team and the clients on how to improve the space.

We relocated the sink in front of the window, allowing the hob to be positioned on the back wall creating a focal point.  The bank of tall units allowed us to raise the oven and Combi microwave to a more accessible height.  The tall bank of units also include an integrated fridge freezer, tall clever pull out storage and a large larder perfect for storing food.  Corner storage units can often be difficult to use efficiently therefore in each corner we incorporated clever kidney shaped pull out corner solutions.  These made the units easy to access, easy to use and extremely practical.  The  spacious deep drawers are perfect for storing all pots, pans and plates, and placed underneath the hob, they were ideal for the frequently used utensils that need to be close at hand.

Mr and Mrs Harvey had an eye for detail and wanted their kitchen to be stylish as well as practical.  They chose tongue and grooved end panels and skirting style plinth.  This traditional style kitchen paired with the contemporary Cole & Son wallpaper really offset each other by adding contrast and colour.

Project includes:

  • Cole and Son Wallpaper in the colour Bushbaby

  • Silestone Quartz worktops
  • Bosch Appliances
